Develop strong relationships at all appropriate levels within each client and engage operational managers where required

Provide a pro-active and responsive service to clients and prospects, ensuring adherence to their account management structure

Measure and track claim volumes and revenue and take every opportunity to extend their service offering to clients

Work closely with the Client Services & Sales Director to ensure senior management are suitably engaged in relationships, understand client needs, requirements and service levels and ensure that you deliver against these in every instance

Understanding client needs and delivering strong and concise proposals

Use empirical evidence of claims savings, case studies and customer satisfaction scores

Manage relationships across the business

Refer to Company technical claims staff to help resolve technical issues
