As Manager you will be responsible for strategy, motivation and leadership of your team. You will set targets and agree performance levels and assist your team members in achieving these. You will praise and provide discipline accordingly as you seek to develop the team members as a group and also individually.
You will coach and mentor and enhance the overall client experience. You will also take a lead in lead generation for new business and cross selling.
You will be accountable for developing flexible individuals with multi-skills to allow the firm to prosper in a competitive environment. Key to your success will be allowing your team to prosper.
